Manitowoc Location October 9, 11 & 12, 2025 – PM

Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location) – October 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and October 11 & 12, 2025 – Afternoon Sessions – Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding portion on Saturday and Sunday will be conducted in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, located at 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• For Thursday’s classroom session, be sure to bring your valid driver’s license and your completed Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course certificate.
• During the classroom session, you’ll be asked to complete an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver. Make sure to complete, sign, and date the indemnification waiver in both required sections.
• For the riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday, ensure you are properly equipped with: a) helmet, b) eye protection, c) long sleeves (t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket—no rips, tears, or holes), d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants (also free of rips, tears, or holes), and f) sturdy over-the-ankle footwear.

To receive your FREE MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), you must complete the MSF registration form. The link to the MSF registration form will be provided on your “Thank You for Your Payment” page.

The MSF will email you access to the FREE online e-Course once your payment has been processed and you’ve completed the MSF registration form.

NOTE: If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf 1) by signing in front of a staff member at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson before your class begins, 2) in front of the instructor during Thursday’s classroom session or on Saturday at the start of your first riding day; otherwise, 3) you can have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
