Manitowoc Location September 18 , 20 & 21, 2025 – AM

Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc location): September 18th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by sessions on September 20th and 21st, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The classroom session on Thursday will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, located at 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be held in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, located at 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• Please remember to bring your regular driver’s license and your Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course certificate to the classroom session on Thursday.
• At the classroom session, you will be required to complete an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver. Make sure to complete, sign, and date the indemnification waiver in both required areas.
• For the riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday, ensure you are properly dressed in the following gear: a) helmet, b) eye protection, c) long sleeves (such as a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket) with no rips, tears, or holes, d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants (no rips, tears, or holes), and f) over-the-ankle footwear.

To receive your FREE MSF online e-Course (valued at $39.99), please complete the MSF registration form. You will find the link to the MSF registration form on your ‘Thank You for Payment’ page.

MSF will email you the FREE MSF online e-Course once your payment is processed, and only after you have completed the MSF registration page.

NOTE: If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign this waiver: 1) in person with an employee at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson before class begins, 2) with the instructor during Thursday’s classroom session or at the start of your first riding day on Saturday, or 3) You can have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
