Description
Basic Rider Course 1 – Manitowoc Location (September 4 PM, 6 & 7, 2025, AM Session) – This course consists of a Thursday evening classroom session on September 4 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday morning riding sessions on September 6 & 7 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, located at 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
The riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be held in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
- For the Thursday classroom session, please bring your valid driver’s license and your Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course certificate.
- During the classroom session, you will be required to complete an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver. Ensure the indemnification waiver is fully completed, signed, and dated in two places before attending the class.
- For the Saturday and Sunday riding sessions, make sure you are properly equipped with the following safety gear:
a) Helmet
b) Eye protection
c) Long sleeves (t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket with no rips, tears, or holes)
d) Full-fingered gloves
e) Long pants (must be intact, with no rips, tears, or holes)
f) Over-the-ankle footwear
To access your FREE MSF online e-Course (valued at $39.99), complete the MSF registration form after making your class payment. Once your payment is completed, the MSF registration form link will be displayed on the “Thank You for Payment” page.
The MSF will email you the FREE online e-Course once your payment has been processed and you have successfully completed the MSF registration form.
Important for Minors (Under 18): A parent or guardian must sign the waiver using one of the following methods:
- In person at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson before the class begins.
- In front of the instructor during the Thursday classroom session or Saturday before your first riding session.
- Notarized at a public notary service before attending the course.
Course Fee: The cost for all classes is $325.
