Manitowoc Location June 5 , 7 & 8, 2025 – AM

Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location): Orientation on June 5 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by morning sessions on June 7 & 8, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Thursday’s classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, located at 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be conducted in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation at 1440 N 24th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• For Thursday’s classroom session, please bring your valid driver’s license along with your Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course completion certificate.
• During the classroom session, you’ll be asked to complete an emergency contact form and sign the indemnification waiver. Make sure to fill out the indemnification waiver completely, signing and dating it in both required sections.
• For the riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday, please arrive fully geared up with the following: (a) a helmet, (b) eye protection, (c) a long-sleeved shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket without any rips, tears, or holes, (d) full-fingered gloves, (e) long pants—also free of rips or holes, and (f) over-the-ankle footwear.

To receive your FREE MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), be sure to complete the MSF registration form. You’ll find the link to the MSF registration form on your “Thank You for Payment” page.

Once your payment is processed and you’ve completed the MSF registration form, the MSF will email you access to the FREE online e-Course.

IMPORTANT: If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf 1) In person at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, signed in front of one of their employees before your class begins, 2) In front of the instructor—either during Thursday’s classroom session or on Saturday before your first riding session; otherwise, 3) You may have the waiver notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
