Manitowoc Location June 26 , 28 & 29, 2025 – AM

Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location): Starts June 26 from 5 PM to 6 PM, followed by morning sessions on June 28 & 29, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, located at 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be conducted in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, located at 1440 N 24th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• Be sure to bring your valid driver’s license and the certificate of completion for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course to Thursday’s classroom session.
• During the classroom session, you’ll be asked to complete an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver.Make sure to complete, sign, and date the indemnification waiver in both designated sections.
• For the riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday, please come fully equipped with proper gear: a) a helmet, b) eye protection, c) a long-sleeved shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket with no rips, tears, or holes, d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants free of any damage, and f) sturdy footwear that covers the ankles.

To access your complimentary MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), simply complete the MSF registration form. You’ll find the link to the MSF registration form on the ‘Thank You for Your Payment’ page.

Once your payment is processed and you’ve completed the MSF registration form, MSF will email you access to the free online e-Course.

NOTE: If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf, 1) In front of one of our staff members at the Harbor Town Harley-Davidson location before class begins, 2) In front of the instructor during Thursday’s classroom session or on Saturday at the start of your first riding day; otherwise, 3) You also have the option to get it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
