Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location) – July 31 – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, August 2 & 3, 2025 – Morning Sessions: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)

Thursday’s classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The Saturday and Sunday riding sessions will take place in the employee parking lot at Parker-Hannifin Corporation, 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• Please bring your valid driver’s license and the MSF online e-Course certificate with you to Thursday’s classroom session.
• During the classroom session, you’ll be required to sign both an emergency contact form and an indemnification waiver. Be sure to complete the indemnification waiver by filling it out, signing, and dating it in both required sections.
• For the Saturday and Sunday riding sessions, please come fully prepared with the following gear: a) helmet, b) eye protection, c) a long-sleeved t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket with no rips, tears, or holes, d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants in good condition (no rips, tears, or holes), and f) over-the-ankle footwear.

To receive your FREE MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), you must complete the MSF registration form. The link to the MSF registration form will be displayed on your “Thank You for Payment” page.

MSF will send you the FREE online e-Course by email once your payment has been processed—and only after you’ve completed the MSF registration form.

NOTE: If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for you 1) Get the waiver signed in person at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson before the class begins, in the presence of an employee, 2) With the instructor either during Thursday’s classroom session or at the start of your first riding day on Saturday; if not, 3) You may also choose to have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
