Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location) – August 14 – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, August 16 & 17, 2025 – Morning Sessions: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)

The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding portion on Saturday and Sunday will take place in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, located at 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• Be sure to bring your standard driver’s license and the certificate of completion for the MSF online e-Course to Thursday’s classroom session.
• During the classroom session, you’ll be asked to fill out an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver. Make sure to complete the indemnification waiver by filling it out, signing, and dating it in both required sections.
• For the Saturday and Sunday riding sessions, please arrive in full, proper gear: a) helmet, b) eye protection, c) long sleeves—such as a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket—free of any rips, tears, or holes, d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants without rips or holes, and f) over-the-ankle boots or sturdy footwear.

To receive your complimentary MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), please complete the MSF registration form. The link to the MSF registration form will be provided on your “Thank You for Payment” page.

The MSF will email you the FREE online e-Course after your payment has been processed and you’ve submitted the MSF registration form.

NOTE: If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for you 1) Have the waiver signed in person at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, in front of an employee, before class begins, 2) In front of the instructor during the Thursday classroom session or at the start of your first riding session on Saturday; otherwise, 3) You can also choose to have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
