Manitowoc Location August 7 , 9 & 10, 2025 – PM

Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location) – August 7, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and August 9 & 10, 2025 – Afternoon Sessions – Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

The riding portion on Saturday and Sunday will take place in the employee parking lot of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.

• For Thursday’s classroom session, please bring your valid driver’s license along with your completed Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course certificate.
• During the classroom session, you will be asked to complete an emergency contact form and sign an indemnification waiver. Be sure to complete, sign, and date the indemnification waiver in both required areas.
• For the riding sessions on Saturday and Sunday, ensure you are properly outfitted with: a) helmet, b) eye protection, c) long sleeves (t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket with no rips, tears, or holes), d) full-fingered gloves, e) long pants (also free of rips, tears, or holes), and f) over-the-ankle footwear.

To access your FREE MSF online e-Course (a $39.99 value), you must complete the MSF registration form. The link to the MSF registration form will be available on your “Thank You for Your Payment” page.

The MSF will email you access to the FREE online e-Course once your payment has been processed and you have completed the MSF registration form.

NOTE: If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign this waiver for you 1) by signing in front of an employee at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson before your class starts, 2) in front of the instructor during Thursday’s classroom session or on Saturday at the beginning of your first riding day; otherwise, 3) you can have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
