Basic RiderCourses

Choose from BRC1  or  BRC2 motorcycle safety courses.

Basic RiderCourse 1 (BRC1)

🏍️ Basic RiderCourse 1 (BRC1) Details

Perfect for beginner and intermediate riders

• Must be at least 15½ years old and enrolled in a Driver Education Theory class
• Motorcycle temps not required
• Cost: $299
• FREE MSF Basic online e-Course (≈ 5 hours)
• Two-Day Course:
• 5 hours online (completed at your convenience)
• 11 hours of controlled range exercises (Saturday & Sunday)
• Motorcycles, helmets, eye protection, and gloves provided (gloves $5)
• Earn an MSF Completion Card for DMV Class M endorsement
• Under 18: waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian or notarized

Basic RiderCourse 2 (BRC2)

Designed for experienced riders

• Must be 18 years or older
• Designed for riders returning to riding or seeking a refresher
• Cost: $190
• FREE MSF Street Strategies online e-Course (≈ 4 hours)
• One-Day Course:
• Online e-Course + 5–6 hours of riding exercises
• Must bring your own insured and registered motorcycle
• Proof of insurance and registration required
• Motorcycle temps required
• Earn an MSF Completion Card for DMV Class M endorsement

🏍️ Scooter Training Details

KD’s scooter training is offered every weekend alongside our motorcycle classes.
To participate, simply enroll in BRC1 or  BRC2 and train using your own scooter.
